We are proud to announce that Jake Foster has been promoted to Senior Digital Strategist. He will continue to handle client projects as a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) and Principal Developer, as well as take on additional duties that will evolve with this new role. Digital Strategists exist at Alley to aid clients in their product ownership – to facilitate efficiency, happiness, and collaboration in fulfilling requests for stakeholders throughout their organizations.
His main focus moving forward will be the intersection of client-agency efficiency and happiness. Jake will help evolve the DRI practice at Alley interactive. DRIs are in charge of checking and maintaining the vitals of our projects, ensuring projects are correctly staffed, communicating with clients, and making sure everyone is happy on both sides of the relationship. He will also be working with the QA team to help add more automation to the QA process.
Jake has been with Alley for two years, much of that time as a Principal Developer and coach. Originally from Texas, he now lives in Brooklyn, by way of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Prior to Alley, he was a freelance web-development consultant for a variety of WordPress clients. He was also a developer at Mindshare Labs and ANAGR.AM.
